Contains 50 Campden tablets.
Add 1 crushed Campden tablet to each gallon of wine at the end of fermentation to prevent oxidation and bacterial contamination during bottling and syphoning.
Also aids stability.
A sterilising solution may be made from 5 crushed tablets in 1 pint of hot water.
Ingedients: Sodium Metabisulphate E223, Polethylene Glycol.
