Smooth caramel flavoured vodka, delicious on ice, in a mixer or served over ice-cream.

 

Makes 3 x 750ml bottles.

 

Add essence to 250g of sugar and 2L Vodka or alcohol at 30%. Stir to dissolve. Vary sugar to taste.
