A crisp clean apple schnapps liqueur with the rich taste of Granny Smith apples.

Makes 1.125L bottle.

Add essence and 650ml Alcohol at 40% to Still Spirits Schnapps Base (made up as per instructions). Top up to 1.125L with water, Alternatively 180ml sugar and 100ml liquid glucose.
