Due to its high alpha acidity, Pacific Jade is often used as a bittering hop, but its bold aroma of fresh citrus and spicy pepper makes for a great late boil addition as well. Pacific Jade has great versatility and can be added to all kinds of styles ranging from ales to lagers to barleywines, delivering a soft bitterness to the flavor.

All our hops come in either whole or pellet form and are vacuum packed for freshness. You can select your preferred form of hop above, but please be aware that we may not have the hop in stock in your preferred form.
