Swwet, clear liqueur with a soft flavour and the aroma of fresh peaches.

Makes 1.125L bottle.

Add essence and 650ml Alcohol at 40% to Schnapps Base (made up as per instructions). Top up to 1.125L with water, Alternatively 180ml sugar and 100ml liquid glucose.
